Homemade Milk and Cereal Bars made with Annie's Cocoa Bunnies Cereal are a perfect grab-and-go easy breakfast for kids that is totally customizable to what you love!

Ingredients
2 ½cupsAnnie's Cocoa Bunnies or Berry Bunnies Cerealdivided
2cupsoatmeal
1cupground flaxseed
½cupnut butterpeanut, almond, or hazelnut is what I usually use
½cuphoney
OPTIONAL ½ cup dried fruit
1 ½teaspoonsvanilla
¼teaspoonsalt
For the milk coating
¼cupGreek yogurt
2cupspowdered sugar
1teaspoonvanilla
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups cereal, oatmeal, flaxseed, dried fruit, and salt. Stir to combine. Set aside.
In a small microwave-safe mixing bowl, add nut butter and honey. Microwave for about 30 seconds to soften. Stir until combined and smooth. Add vanilla, and stir again until combined.
Pour honey mixture into cereal mixture. Stir until all ingredients are combined.
Line a 9"x9" baking dish with wax paper, and pour cereal mixture into dish. Press down evenly in the dish. Place a second piece of wax paper on top to press down evenly. Freeze for 2 hours.
To make the milk coating: Combine yogurt and powdered sugar in a small mixing bowl. Whisk together until smooth. Add vanilla and whisk again.
When cereal bars are frozen, cut into bars.
Spread yogurt mixture onto each bar. Sprinkle bars with remaining ½ cup cereal.
