Ingredients
2tubes refrigerated biscuits8 count
2cupsshredded cheddar
1package deli sliced hamabout 24 slices
1egg
1tablespoonwater
Instructions
Using the palm of your hand, flatten 8 biscuits on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons cheese on each. Top with 3 slices ham, then 2 more tablespoons cheddar.
Flatten the remaining biscuits and top each biscuit with ham and cheese with a plain flattened biscuit. Seal the edges by pressing down with a fork.
In a small mixing bowl, add egg and water and beat. Brush over tops of biscuits.
Bake at 375° for 13-18 minutes until biscuits are cooked and golden.
