4avocadospitted and pulp removed
4ouncescream cheese softened
1-1 ½cupsgrilled cornremoved from cob
⅓cupred onionfinely chopped
⅓cuptomatofinely chopped
½teaspoonminced garlic
1jalapenofinely chopped
Juice from half a lime
¼teaspoonsalt
Instructions
In a food processor, mix together avocados and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Serve chilled with tortilla chips. To help it stay pretty and green for longer, store in an airtight, covered container with one of the avocado pits.
