Ingredients
4-6chicken thighs
⅓cupDijon mustard
½cupmaple syrup
1tablespoonwhite vinegar
salt and pepper
Instructions
Place chicken thighs in a greased and lined 9"x13" baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together, mustard, maple syrup, and vinegar.
With a pastry brush, brush all of the sauce mixture over chicken.
Bake in a 425° oven for 1 hr, or until chicken is cooked through. At about 30 minutes, take the chicken out and brush the sauce over it once more. The sauce will just be starting to crust.
