- 1 3.5 pound beef roast
- 1 cup root beer
- 1 18 ounce bottle barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hamburger buns for serving
Add all ingredients to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
Cook on Low for about 8 hours, until roast is cooked through.
Remove roast from slow cooker. Shred. Then return to the slow cooker, stirring to combine.
Serve warm on buns with coleslaw for an extra crunchy, tasty kick.
