Salt and black pepper
3tablespoonsDijon mustard
⅓cupbrown sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Place salmon on a baking sheet (skin side down if still attached). Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine mustard and brown sugar.
Brush mustard glaze over salmon.
