4catfish fillets(about 1 pound)
½cupcornmeal
1tablespoonLemon Pepper seasoning
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a shallow dish, mix together cornmeal, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
Place a catfish fillet in the cornmeal dish. Coat completely. Remove to a lined baking sheet. Repeat for remaining fish.
