Ingredients
2poundscooked hamsliced
½large sweet onionsliced
115 ounce can crushed pineapple
115 ounce can diced pineapple
¾cupbrown sugar
¼cupDijon mustard
Buns for serving
*Optional toppings: sliced pineapplesliced cheese, like American, cheddar, or mozzarella
Instructions
Place both cans of pineapple (not drained), brown sugar, and mustard in the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
Stir in ham and sliced onions.
Cook on low for about 4 hours until cooked through, and pineapple is tender.
Serve warm on buns with additional desired toppings.
