Ingredients

Oreo Crust
RECIPE HERE, chilled

8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened

cup
powdered sugar

15 ounce can pumpkin puree
¼
cup
maple syrup

teaspoon
vanilla extract

tablespoon
pumpkin spice
1 ½

chocolate chips
Whipped cream for serving
Instructions
To a large mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Cream together until smooth.
Add pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and vanilla and beat again until combined and smooth.
Add pumpkin spice and beat again until fully incorporated.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour pumpkin cheesecake mixture into chilled crust, spreading evenly.
Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Serve cool topped with whipped cream, extra chocolate chips or chocolate sauce.
