Ingredients

(16 ounce) package Farfalle pasta,
cooked according to package instructions, drained, and rinsed

cup
olive oil

tablespoons
red wine vinegar

medium zucchini
quartered and sliced

cherry tomatoes
halved

crumbled feta cheese

cup
grated Parmesan
⅓
cup
fresh minced basil or oregano
Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Combine all in ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Toss or gently stir to incorporate all ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Chill before serving. If pasta salad looks a little dry before serving, add a little more oil and vinegar.
Serve cool, and enjoy!
