Cheesy Broccoli Stuffing Casserole
Creamy, cheesy, and cozy, this Cheesy Broccoli Stuffing Casserole is the perfect side to finish your meal! It's even great for Thanksgiving and the holidays!

- 1 6 ounces box stuffing mix (chicken or turkey)
- 2 10 ounce bags frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained
- 1 10 ounce can cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces Velveeta cubed
Prepare your stuffing according to package instructions. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan, heat cream of chicken soup and Velveeta cubes over medium heat, stirring constantly until Velveeta is melted
When soup mixture is completely combined, remove from heat and set aside.
Place broccoli in a casserole dish.
Stir in soup mixture with broccoli in the casserole dish. Spread the soup and broccoli even through the dish.
Top with prepared stuffing.
Bake for about 30 minutes at 350°, until cooked through and stuffing begins to brown.
Serve warm along side your favorite meal.
