Ingredients
12ouncestortellini,cooked to package instructions
1poundItalian sausage
1tablespoonminced garlic
1teaspoonred pepper flakes
1jar(15 ounces) Alfredo sauce
1jar(24 ounces) spaghetti sauce
1cupshredded mozzarella
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown sausage with garlic and red pepper flakes. Drain and return to skillet. Turn heat down to medium.
Stir in spaghetti sauce. Bring to a simmer, and allow to simmer for about 5 minutes.
Stir in Alfredo sauce.
Add tortellini to skillet. Stir to coat in sauce.
Turn off heat. Sprinkle mozzarella on top. Cover skillet to allow cheese to melt.
Notes
You can use any type of tortellini you'd like for this recipe. Cheese is my favorite. I've also used spinach and mushroom and they were both delicious as well!
