Ingredients
1pound brussels sproutstrimmed and halved
2tablespoonsolive oil
1tablespoonminced garlic(about 3-4 cloves)
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonblack pepper
¼teaspoonground mustard
Instructions
Heat grill to medium.
Place Brussels Sprouts in a large microwave safe bowl. Heat on high for 3 minutes.
When Brussels Sprouts are cool enough to handle, slide them onto skewers with the stems facing the same direction.
In a separate small mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients. Stir to combine.
