Ingredients
For the Blueberries
4tablespoonsbutter
4cupsblueberriesfresh or frozen
¼cupgranulated sugar
¼cupbrown sugar
2teaspoonsflour
1tablespoonlemon juice
1teaspoonlemon zest
For Cobbler Batter
1cupflour
½cupbrown sugar
½cupgranulated sugar
2teaspoonsbaking powder
¼teaspoonsalt
1cupmilk
1teaspoonvanilla
Cinnamon for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Place butter in slices in a 9"x13" baking dish. Place in the oven to melt while preparing blueberries.
In a large bowl, add blueberries, sugars, flour, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Gently toss to combine. Set aside.
In a separate large bowl, add dry ingredients for cobbler. Whisk together to combine.
Make a well in the center. Add milk and vanilla and whisk until just combined.
Remove baking dish from the oven. Add blueberry mixture to the bottom and spread evenly. Gently pour batter over the top. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Bake at 375°F for about 25-30 minutes for fresh berries or about 45 minutes for frozen berries, until batter is cooked through.
Serve warm.

The cobbler batter will be runny. That is normal and nothing to worry about.
Storage: Cover and store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Freezer Directions: Cover and freeze the baked cobbler for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator and warm in the oven before serving.
