Ingredients
8poundspiral cut ham
1cupbrown sugar
1cuppure maple syrup
1(15 ounce) can crushed pineappleundrained
Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
Place the ham cut side down in the slow cooker.
In a large bowl, whisk together brown sugar, maple syrup, and pineapple.
Rub or brush mixture all over the ham.
Cook on low for 3-4 hours, or until a thermometer reaches 140°F when inserted into the thickest part of the ham.
Transfer the ham to a serving platter.
Skim the fat off the remaining liquid. Pour remaining liquid into a medium saucepan. Place the pan over medium-high heat and bring the liquid to a simmer.
Cook for 6-8 minutes or until just thickened. Pour the sauce over the ham.
Decorate the serving platter with fresh herbs if desired, then serve.

Notes
Cooking your ham on HIGH heat may result in a very dry ham, and I do not recommend it.
Storage: Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Freezer Directions: I recommend cutting the ham first. However, either way, wrap tightly, and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
