Ingredients
2tablespoonsbutter
2packages(10-ounces each) frozen peasthawed
1tablespoongranulated sugar
1teaspoonsaltor to taste
¼teaspoonblack pepper
2tablespoonsall-purpose flour
1½cupscream
Instructions
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add peas, sugar, salt, and pepper, and saute for about 2 minutes.
Stir in flour, and allow to heat through, about 1 minute.
Slowly pour in cream until fully incorporated.
Cook stirring constantly over medium heat until the mixture is thickened, and peas are cooked through.
Remove from heat. Season with more salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Storage: Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 5 days. Reheat in a skillet on the stovetop. Reheating in the microwave will cause the cream to separate.
