Ingredients
2poundspork tenderloincut into bite-size pieces
¼cupoil
1-2poundsstir fry vegetablessuch as onions, mushrooms, broccoli, bell peppers, green onions, sugar snap peas, bean sprouts, or watercress
Salt and pepper to taste
For the sauce
2cupsbeef broth
¼cupcornstarch
½cupteriyaki sauce
1tablespoonsugar
1tablespoonground ginger
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonred pepper flakes
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, add all ingredients for sauce and whisk to combine. Set aside.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil.
Add pork to skillet with hot oil, and cook for about 2 minutes.
Add onions, garlic, and additional vegetables, and continue cooking for 2-5 more minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
Add sauce mixture to skillet. Bring to a boil
After boiling, cook and stir for 1 minute until sauce is slightly thickened.
