Ingredients
214 ounce packages caramels
1/4cupwater
8tart apples with sticks inserted
Instructions
Lightly butter the slow cooker.
Add caramels and water to the Crockpot.
Cover and cook on High for about 1 -1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent burnt spots.
When caramels are melted, turn heat to Low or Warm.
Prepare a piece of wax paper or foil, liberally greased with butter to prevent sticking.
Dip apples into Crockpot and cover completely with caramel.
Allow excess to drip off the apple. Then transfer to greased wax paper.
Allow caramel apples to cool and set before eating.
