Ingredients
1(12 ounce) package Hawaiian Sweet Rollstorn into bite sized pieces
1½cupsblueberries
2large bananassliced
4large eggs
⅔cupmilk
¼cupmaple syrup
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1teaspooncinnamon
¼tnutmeg
For the Crumb Topping
¼cupAll-purpose flour
¼cupbrown sugar
2½tablespoonsbuttercold, thinly sliced
Instructions
In a 9"x13" casserole dish, layer a third of the bread pieces, a third of the bananas, and a third of the blueberries. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, beat eggs and milk until thoroughly combined. Add maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Continue stirring until everything is blended.
Pour egg mixture over bread layers. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Before baking, cut together flour, brown sugar, and butter with a pastry blender or fork until clumps are about pea-sized for the crumb topping.
Sprinkle topping over refrigerated bread mixture. Bake in a 350°F oven for about 45 minutes, until firm and golden brown.

Storage: Store any leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 5-7 days. Reheat individual portions on a microwave safe plate.
Freezer Directions: It can be frozen before or after baking. Place in a tightly covered freezer-safe dish, and freeze for up to 3-6 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. If unbaked, follow recipe instructions for baking. If pre-baked before freezing, bake in a 350-degree F oven for 20 minutes, until heated through.
