Easy and fresh, this Avocado Pesto Pasta is perfect for warm weather, made with fresh basil, tangy lime, creamy avocado and a sprinkle of Parmesan in just 20 minutes!

16 ounce box Penne noodles
halved, seeded and peeled
fresh basil leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
To make the creamy avocado sauce, combine avocados, basil, garlic and lime juice in the bowl of a food processor.
Process until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
With the processor running, add olive oil, a little at a time, in a very slow stream until emulsified.
In a large bowl, toss pasta with creamy avocado sauce and Parmesan cheese.
