Ingredients
1½cupshalf and half
1½cupsmilk
½cupsugar
112 ounce jar caramel topping
½teaspoonvanilla extract
¼teaspoonsalt
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, heat your cream and milk over medium-high heat.
When the milk mixture is hot, but not boiling, add your sugar and stir to combine.
Add the caramel and salt, and whisk to combine until smooth and creamy.
Remove mixture from heat and add in the vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
Pour into a container, and refrigerate until you are ready to use it. This can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
