Bone-In chicken

salt

black pepper

white pepper

garlic powder

eggs

cornflakes crumbs

grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
You'll 3 separate bowls that are large enough for the chicken pieces.
In the first bowl, add flour, salt, black pepper, white pepper, and garlic powder. Whisk to combine.
In the second bowl, add eggs and water. Whisk to combine.
In the third bowl, add cornflakes and Parmesan and stir to combine.
Dredge a piece of chicken in the flour mixture. Then dunk in egg mixture. Then coat in cornflake mixture.
Repeat for each piece of chicken.
Place the coated chicken on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 375° for about an hour, or until cooked through.
