If you’ve never had Southern Corn Pudding, you’re in for a treat! It’s like the love child of cornbread and creamed corn.

Soft, buttery, a little sweet, and so good you’ll be scraping the pan clean. This simple Southern side is a staple at every potluck and family dinner around here.

COMBINE

1. In a large mixing bowl, mix together, cornbread mix, cream cheese, butter, egg, salt and pepper, just until combined.

FOLD IN

2. Fold in both cans of corn and cheese.

POUR

3. Pour mixture into a flat 2-quart dish or large cast-iron skillet.
