MARINATE

1. In a medium bowl, add the 2 cups milk and ¼ teaspoon salt. Whisk to dissolve and add the fish chunks. Allow to soak at room temperature for 30 minutes.

SET UP STATION

2. Set up the dredging station: In the first bowl, add 1 cup flour.
