Ganache is such a fancy word that I know many people who get intimidated by it before they even know what it is. It's actually just a mixture made from chocolate and cream and it's really simple to make.

SIMPLE INGREDIENTS

– heavy cream – semi-sweet baking chocolate

Pulse till finely chopped

1. Place chocolate in a food processor and process until it's finely chopped. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Set aside

2. Heat cream in a small saucepan until steaming but not boiling, stirring often.
