PREP THE DISH

1. Butter an 8x8-inch baking dish. Set aside. Prepare a shallow cup or bowl of cold water with an ice cube. Set aside.

MELT THE BUTTER

2. Place butter in a large microwave safe glass or ceramic bowl. Heat in microwave until melted.

ADD & WHISK

3. Add corn syrup, granulated sugar, brown sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and salt to melted butter. Whisk well to combine.
