Garlic Chive Baked French Fries

- 4 medium russet potatoes cut into 1/4-inch strips
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 1/4 cup fresh minced chives
- 4-5 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
Spread out potato strips on a large baking sheet. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine oil, butter, chives, garlic, and Parmesan.
