Place all of the ingredients into a medium mixing bowl and whisk until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld.

Makes about 1.5 cups. One serving is about 2 tablespoons.
Horseradish: Adjust the amount of horseradish to your taste preference. Start by adding half if you're unsure, and add a little more, a tablespoon or so at a time until you reach the desired level of horseradish flavor.
Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
