1⅓cupsshredded sweetened coconut
⅓cupsugar
2tablespoonsall purpose flour
Pinch of salt
2large egg whiteroom temperature
½teaspoonvanilla
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the coconut, sugar, flour, and salt.
Add egg whites and vanilla, and mix well.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets.
Bake at 325°F for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
