Ingredients
24 ouncesbaby potatoesany kind, halved
1tablespoonolive oil
1tablespoonfresh chopped parsley
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add halved baby potatoes.
Add olive oil, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat potatoes.
Transfer potatoes to the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes.
Remove basket and shake and flip the potatoes. Air fry again at 400°F for an additional 10 minutes, or until it reaches the desired level of doneness.
Add salt to taste before serving warm.
