Ingredients
Cilantro Lime Slaw
14ouncescoleslaw mix
1appleshredded
½cupsliced green onions
½cupchopped cilantro leaves
Juice from 2 limes(about 2 tablespoons)
¼teaspoongarlic powder
½cupfull fat Greek yogurt
¼cupolive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Shrimp Tacos
1poundshrimppeeled and deveined
1½teaspoonsolive oil
1teaspoonchili powder
1teaspooncumin
1teaspoonchile lime seasoning(tajin)
¼teaspooncayenne(optional)
¼teaspoonsaltplus more to taste
¼teaspoonblack pepper
Tortillas for serving, corn or flour
Toppings such as avocado, cotija cheese, or pico de gallo
Instructions
In a large bowl, add all coleslaw ingredients. Stir to fully combine and coat the coleslaw with sauce. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
In a separate large bowl, add shrimp and toss with olive oil.
Add remaining seasonings, and toss to coat shrimp.
Transfer shrimp to the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 6 to 7 minutes until shrimp is cooked through and pink. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to work in batches.
Serve shrimp on tortillas topped with slaw.

Storage: Store leftover shrimp and slaw in separate air tight containers for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 3–4 minutes, or until warmed through.
