Ingredients
Cranberries
¼cupfresh cranberries
1cupcranberry juice cocktail
½cupsugar
Cranberry Mule
Ice
¾cupginger beer
¼cupcranberry juice cocktail
2ouncesvodka(¼ cup)
1tablespoonlime juice
Lime slices and fresh rosemary sprigsfor garnish
Instructions
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add cranberries and cranberry juice. Bring to a simmer, and cook until cranberries turn bright red. Remove from heat, and allow to cool. Once cooled roll in sugar. Set aside.
¼ cup fresh cranberries, 1 cup cranberry juice cocktail
Add desired amount of ice to a serving cup.

Add ginger beer, cranberry juice, vodka, and lime juice, and stir to combine.
