1box(11-ounces) vanilla wafers
3chocolate sandwich cookiescenter filling removed
2boxes(3.4 ounces each) instant vanilla pudding
2¾cupsmilk
1package(8-ounces) cream cheesesoftened
¼cupbutterroom temperature
⅔cuppowdered sugar
1container(12-ounces) whipped toppingthawed
Instructions
Place vanilla wafers and chocolate cookies in a food processor. Process until fine crumbs. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine pudding and milk. Stir and set aside.
In a separate large mixing bowl, cream together, cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar.
Add the pudding mixture to the cream cheese mixture and beat to combine.
Fold in whipped topping.
In a bucket or serving bowl, layer cookie crumbs and pudding alternately, starting and ending with cookie crumbs.
Serve cool. Store covered in refrigerator
