Ingredients
½cupfinely grated cucumber
1cupwhole milk Greek yogurt
1tablespoonlemon juice
½tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
¼teaspoongarlic powder
¼teaspoonsea salt
1tablespoonchopped fresh dill
Instructions
Place the cucumber on a kitchen towel and gently squeeze out a bit of the excess water.
In a medium bowl, combine cucumber with all remaining ingredients.
Chill before serving.

Notes
Garlic: 1 clove of fresh garlic, minced or crushed, can be substituted in place of garlic powder. I like to use garlic powder in raw sauces and dressings as I feel the flavor marries more quickly and completely than using raw garlic.
Lemon Juice: For a more authentic flavor, use white wine vinegar instead of lemon juice.
Storage: Store tzatziki in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4–5 days. Stir before serving. Freezing is not recommended, as the texture can change.
