Air Fryer Baby Potatoes are simple but delicious, featuring simple pantry ingredients to create a beautiful, scrumptious dish. The air fryer is the perfect place to cook these baby potatoes because it makes them perfectly crispy on the outside, but warm, soft, and tender on the inside.

COMBINE & TOSS

1. In a large mixing bowl, add halved baby potatoes. Add olive oil, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat potatoes.

AIR FRY

2. Transfer potatoes to the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes.

FLIP

3. Remove basket and shake and flip the potatoes. Air fry again at 400°F for an additional 10 minutes, or until it reaches the desired level of doneness.
