PREP CHERRIES

1. Drain cherries and pat dry with paper towels. They need to be dry for the chocolate to stick.

MELT CHOCOLATE

2. Place chocolate, broken or cut into small pieces, into a small mixing bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals until chocolate is melted, stirring after each interval. Lay out your wax paper while you're waiting.

DIP

3. Have your cherries, almond slices, and kisses ready to go for this part. Dip cherries in chocolate (fully coat) and place on wax paper with the "tails" (stems) diagonally (Not straight up and down). Just do 5-8 cherries before moving on to the next step.
