LET’S GET STARTED!

Grasshopper pie is a delicious pie with a cool, minty, ice-cream-like filling that thankfully, has nothing to do with grasshoppers, other than its green color.

PREP THE FLUFF

1. Add marshmallow fluff to a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30-45 seconds, just until fluff is soft.

ADD & WHISK

2. Add ⅔ cup whipping cream to fluff. Whisk until combined. Set aside to cool.

PREP THE CRUST

3. While waiting for marshmallow mixture to cool, prepare Oreo crust according to recipe directions. Place in the freezer while finishing the filling.
