Mediterranean Tabouli Salad

Tabouli Salad (a.k.a. Tabbouleh) is a fresh, bright, healthy Mediterranean salad packed with fresh herbs, bulgur, tomatoes, cucumbers, and a homemade olive oil and lemon dressing.

LET’S GET STARTED!

Tabouli Salad is an amazingly simple dish that is absolutely jam packed with fresh, zesty flavor. It's easy to make with fresh ingredients and no cook time.

COMBINE & TOSS

1. In a large bowl, add parsley, cucumber, tomato, mint, green onion, and dill. Toss to combine.

2. In a separate medium mixing bowl or jar, add all dressing ingredients and spices. Whisk (or shake if using a jar) to combine.

COMBINE

3. Add dressing and bulgur to the herb mixture and gently stir or toss to combine.

CHILL

4. Cover and store in the refrigerator for 1 to 3 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
