PREHEAT & PREP

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil.

SEASON SALMON 

2. Place salmon skin side down on the foil. Brush the salmon with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

TENT WITH FOIL

3. Wrap the foil loosely around the salmon so that it's kind of tented in the middle and fold up the ends of the foil.
