PREP THE PASTA

1. Cook spaghetti in a large pot of boiling water according to package instructions. RESERVE 1 CUP OF COOKING WATER BEFORE DRAINING. Drain. Rinse in cold water to stop cooking. Set aside spaghetti and ½ cup cooking water.

PREHEAT

2. Preheat oven to 350°F.

3. In a large skillet over medium heat, add butter and cook until melted.
