This Easy Egg Breakfast Casserole is ridiculously quick and easy to make, and super savory and filling. It's great to make for a crowd or holiday, but honestly, this breakfast casserole is the king of weekday breakfasts too.

LET’S GET STARTED!

With simple ingredients and classic breakfast flavors, like fluffy scrambled eggs, crumbled breakfast sausage, a soft strata-like bread base, and lots of gooey cheese, this is the BEST easy Egg Breakfast Casserole. It's easy enough for weekdays but perfect for family and company.

BROWN THE SAUSAGE

1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown sausage. Continue cooking until cooked through until no longer pink. Drain and set aside.

PREP THE PAN

2. In a lightly greased 9"x13" baking dish, place slices of bread in 2 to 3 layers. You can rip bread to help it fit better, if necessary.

3. Pour slightly cooled sausage on top of bread layers, and spread evenly. Set aside.
