PREHEAT

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

COMBINE & MIX

2. In a shallow dish, mix together cornmeal, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.

COAT

3. Place a catfish fillet in the cornmeal dish. Coat completely. Remove to prepared baking sheet. Repeat for remaining catfish.
