1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place in the bottom of a shallow dish. Set aside. Whisk marinade ingredients together to combine. Pour over seasoned chicken. Cover and refrigerate to marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
2. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts. Cook on each side for about 8 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and shows 165 on a digital thermometer. Once chicken is cooked, set aside and allow to rest.
