Ingredients
12thick cut slices of baconThis should be about a pound
About ⅓ cup brown sugar
Instructions
Line a large baking sheet with foil and lightly grease.
Lay the bacon out flat on the baking sheet.
Rub the brown sugar onto each slice of bacon to fully coat. I just dump a little on each piece, then spread it across the entire slice with my clean hands.
Place in a 350° oven for 15-20 minutes, or until bacon reaches your desired crispiness. Do keep in mind that once removed from the oven, the bacon will crisp up a bit more while cooling.
