Add chicken, peppers, and onion to a large mixing bowl. Add olive oil and half of lime juice. Toss to coat.
Add fajita seasoning. Toss again to coat.
Add chicken mixture to the basket of your air fryer. Cook at 390°F for 10 minutes or until cooked throughout and no longer pink.
Serve warm in tortillas with fresh cilantro and additional toppings, if desired.
