Ingredients
1poundwhite (vanilla) almond bark
12ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
4ouncesGerman sweet chocolatecoarsely chopped
16ouncesroasted peanuts(or other coarsely chopped nuts)
8 ouncestoffee bits
Holiday sprinkles
Instructions
To a large slow cooker, add almond bark, chocolate chips, and chopped chocolate.
Place a clean, dry towel over the top of the slow cooker then place the lid on top of that (this will prevent condensation moisture from getting in the chocolate, causing it to seize.)
Cook on HIGH for 1 hour.
Reduce heat to LOW, and cook for an additional hour, or until fully melted.
Remove lid and towel carefully so that no condensation or moisture drips into the chocolate.
Add peanuts and toffee bits. Stir to combine.
Line several baking sheets with parchment paper.
Drop candy mixture by the spoonful onto the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with festive sprinkles if desired.
Allow to set until chocolate is firm. You can speed up the process by refrigerating for 30 to 60 minutes.
