Ingredients
6boneless skinless chicken thighs
Salt and pepper
½teaspoongarlic powder
⅓cupDijon mustard
½cupmaple syrup
1tablespoonwhite vinegar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place chicken thighs in a lined 9"x13" baking dish. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together, mustard, maple syrup, and vinegar.
⅓ cup Dijon mustard, ½ cup maple syrup, 1 tablespoon white vinegar
With a pastry brush, brush all of the sauce mixture over chicken.
Bake in a 400°F oven for 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
Take the chicken out and brush the sauce over it once more. The sauce will just be starting to crust. Bake again for 15 to 25 minutes, or until chicken is completely cooked through.
Brush sauce over chicken once more. Serve warm.
