Ingredients
pumpkin seeds from 1 large pumpkin
1
tablespoon
olive oil
(or melted butter)
salt to taste
Instructions
Rinse seeds in a colander. Drain well. Pour onto a baking sheet.
Pour olive oil over seeds and stir to coat.
Sprinkle with salt.
Bake at 375° for about 12-15 minutes, stirring half way through, until golden and crispy.
Remove from oven and add additional salt to taste before serving.
Notes
One large pumpkin will yield about 1-2 cups rinsed pumpkin seeds.
Storage:
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.
