Watermelon Margaritas are the ultimate drink for backyard summer BBQs, poolside lounging, or Taco Tuesday. Made with fresh watermelon and just a few simple ingredients.
1. Pack a large blender full of cubed ripe watermelon (with or without seeds) and blend until you have a juice. One small watermelon should yield roughly 3-5 cups, so you will have leftover juice for extra margaritas. Strain the juice for pulp and seeds if desired.
2. To prepare glasses, pour some margarita salt on a plate. Cut a lime into wedges and rub the wet part against the rim of the glass in a circular motion. Then dip the cup upside down onto the salt and press down, moving slowly to ensure all sides are covered. Set aside until ready for use.
