This Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad is creamy, fresh, and packed with classic Caesar flavor! Made with tender chicken, crisp romaine, creamy Caesar dressing, Parmesan, and crunchy croutons, it’s a hearty, easy meal perfect for lunch, dinner, or potlucks.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente, according to the directions on the package. Drain, rinse with cool water for 1 minute and transfer to a large bowl.
Add chicken, lettuce, Parmesan, and Caesar dressing to the bowl with pasta. Toss to combine. Add additional dressing or olive oil, if necessary.
To a food processor, add croutons. Pulse until it reaches coarse crumbs.
Serve immediately topped with crouton topping.
